TERMS & CONDITIONS

The following General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern all orders and sales made by the Customer with the company DiDuett – trading under the brand DiDuett.

Di Duett reserves the right to modify measurements, materials, and the values shown in the technical table and its catalogs without prior notice.

Prices include Value Added Tax (VAT) for retail customers.

Di Duett advises that furniture delivered may have color variations compared to samples, as well as slight variations in measurements due to raw material fluctuations or environmental factors (light, humidity, etc.). Di Duett cannot guarantee color accuracy between orders.

Intellectual Property
Products designed and manufactured by Di Duett – under the brand DiDuett– are protected by copyright, trademarks, and patents, and are the exclusive property of Di Duett. Any attempts to imitate or reproduce these products without express authorization from Di Duett are strictly prohibited.

All customers intending to use the Di Duett brand and products for advertising purposes (billboards, fairs, and/or other purposes) must request prior approval from Di Duett, who will issue written authorization for this purpose.

Special and Custom-Made Pieces
For special and custom-made pieces, the Customer must consult Di Duett regarding feasibility and quotation. In all orders, it is essential that the Customer provides a drawing of the composition and specifications of materials and finishes desired. Cancellations of special and custom-made pieces will not be accepted once the order is validated and in production.

Payment Terms
Payment terms are agreed upon between the Customer and Di Duett and are specified on the respective invoices.

Orders and Deliveries
Customer orders should be submitted to Di Duett in writing by the email info@diduett.com, in a clear and legible manner, properly signed, and preferably accompanied by a sketch.
After Di Duett confirms orders, the customer has 48 hours to make cancellations and/or modifications. After this period, no modifications or cancellations will be accepted unless expressly accepted in writing by Di Duett.
Transportation costs and methods are agreed upon between the Customer and Di Duett.

Complaints
Complaints must be submitted in writing to Di Duett within a maximum of 15 days after furniture delivery. Complaints received after this period will not be accepted.
Di Duett undertakes to repair or replace, as soon as possible, parts or components found to be defective due to manufacturing, provided the customer returns the defective parts.
Anomalies observed during unloading must be immediately documented on the CMR or the accompanying transport document, as they will not be accepted later.

Availability

Fulfillment of all orders placed on the website is subject to availability. Di Duett tries to ensure that all items offered for sale on the website will be delivered on the indicated date, however, it reserves the right not to accept any orders or cancel orders already confirmed for products that it will no longer produce. In these cases, Di Duett will inform the consumer of this fact and will issue a refund if the amount has been paid.

RETURNS

Customers may return purchased material within 15 working days of receipt, as long as they return it in the original packaging, complete and in good condition. Products returned incomplete, damaged or used by the Customer cannot be accepted.
Returns of personalized furniture are not accepted, except in situations of non-compliance attributable to Di Duett.
In both cases, returns must be reported to Di Duett, in writing, so that they can be processed and scheduled.
Only the value of the requested material will be refunded. Refunds will be made using the original payment method and will normally be made within a legal period of 14 working days, depending on the processing time at your banking institution.
When returning merchandise for reasons not attributable to Diduett, unless otherwise agreed, the Customer is responsible for the transport costs already incurred and/or to be incurred. In supply situations exempt from transport costs for the Customer, the cost of delivery and collection transport will be charged in accordance with the transport price. The transport price must be requested to Di Duett.

Warranty
Di Duett furniture is contractually guaranteed against all manufacturing defects for a period of 2 (two) years from the delivery date. This warranty includes the repair or replacement of recognized defective parts and the labor required for such repair or replacement. Electrical systems have a warranty of 6 (six) months from the delivery date.

The warranty does not cover damage occurring during transportation (when the customer is responsible), improper handling, vandalism, unauthorized repairs, modifications, misuse, negligence, or accidents.

Responsibility

Di Duett cannot be held responsible for damages suffered by third parties resulting from the use of any of our products. Di Duett cannot be held responsible for damages suffered by the Consumer as a result of improper use of the products.

Di Duett is not responsible for damages resulting from incorrect information on the website.

HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Generally, we use the Order Information collected to fulfill any order placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, handling shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).

Additionally, we use this Order Information to:
• Communicate with you;
• Analyze our orders for potential risks or fraud;
• When aligned with the preferences you shared with us, provide you with information or advertising related to our products or services;
• We use the Device Information we collect to help us eliminate potential risks and fraud (especially, your IP address) and, more often, to improve and optimize our Site.

DATA RETENTION

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information in our records unless you ask us to delete the information. You can contact us under info@diduett.com

MINORS

This Site is not intended for children under 16 years of age.

Jurisdiction
In the event of a dispute, it is expressly agreed between both parties that Portuguese law shall apply, and the competent court shall be the Court of Póvoa de Varzim – Portugal.
